A well maintained wallet can last for decades !
Routine cleaning of your leather wallet is easy enough with non-abrasive household products; a cloth with some mineral water will suffice. Using mineral water reduces the chance of any deposits being left behind from tap water. The damp cloth also helps to moisturize the leather and retain the soft feel. Avoid using soap, chemicals or oils, as they might deteriorate the leather and leave stains. If you need to use a detergent baby shampoo is best.
Our products are covered by a five year warranty. Starting the day you purchased it. The warranty covers the wallet when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. The warranty covers the Leather only. This does not include the stitching or plastic inserts. We will not honor claims for any intentional damage that has been incurred.
Try not to over stuff your wallet or put things in there that don’t belong If you do put more items in there than recommended, it can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have your order number and you must provide proof of purchase.
All of our leather is sourced from responsible tanners in Italy. Our Vegetable tanned leather products use only methods of tanning found in nature. Which leaves no negative impacts on any body of water or the environment. We use recycled or partially recycled products for shipping or product packaging. We follow our shipping partners guidelines on how to reduce our carbon footprint during shipping.
